It operates in most countries through the creation of foster homes that function like family environments. They welcome and take care of vulnerable children. They receive there a quality education and are supported in their full development.
In France, the organization is represented by Nos Petites Frères et Soeurs. Its primary action is to support health and development in Haiti.

The aim of the homes is to cover the children's basic needs, such as education, medical care, food and much-needed emotional support.
